Couriers can collect a maximum of EGP 10,000 in cash

Under the courier company's policy, a home-delivery courier cannot collect more than EGP 10,000 in cash upon delivery. We therefore offer three payment and collection options, depending on your order value.

We ship your order to the nearest available courier branch in your governorate, where you collect it and pay for the order.

Home delivery

Doorstep delivery — full prepayment

We deliver to your door after you transfer the full order amount together with the agreed shipping fee.

Your order is delivered to your confirmed address.

Doorstep delivery — partial prepayment

For orders above EGP 10,000, transfer the order total minus EGP 10,000, plus the agreed shipping fee, in advance.

Pay upon receipt EGP 10,000 cash to the courier

Only for orders with a value above EGP 10,000.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 1–3 business days. Friday is the courier's day off and is not counted.

Can I pay the home-delivery courier more than EGP 10,000 in cash?

No. The maximum cash amount a home-delivery courier can collect is EGP 10,000.

Can I transfer money directly to the courier when they arrive?

No. Couriers accept cash only. Advance transfers are available by mobile wallet or InstaPay.
